Topic 3: Accessing Tech Support

We know technology can be our best friend and at times challenge our patience. By providing courses like this one on-demand, we hope is easy for you to access the resources, but we also want to be an email away to support your technology needs.

I’m having trouble accessing content or video. What should I do?

  1. Try a different internet browser (I.e. Instead of Google Chrome, try Firefox or Safari). 
  2. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies. Here’s how to do that for Google Chrome.
  3. If the link for a download is not working, please email us at [email protected] and will get it resolved ASAP.
